Theropod Tooth - Megalosaurid? (Madagascar) #01

Description

A Jurassic age theropod dinosaur tooth from the Ambondromamy region of Madagascar.  It comes from the Isalo IIIb Formation.  There has been little published on theropod teeth from this formation but this one is very likely Megalosaurid.

No repairs but has some damage at the tip.  Comes labelled and stored in a case with padding.

Condition: Fair/Good

Size: 0.94 Inches

Age: 168 Million Years (Mid-Jurassic, Bathonian Stage)
