Description

A very rare dinosaur tooth from the Elrhaz Formation of Niger.  This tooth belongs to either the iguanodontid Lurdusaurus or the basal hadrosaurid Ouranosaurus.  Unfortunately there's not much published on the teeth of either dinosaur so I'm not sure which it belongs to, but either way it's a very rare tooth!  The tooth is partial, but features some nice brown enamel.

Comes labelled and stored in an acrylic case with padding.

Size: 0.75 Inch

Age: 112 Million Years

Locality: Gadaoufa, Tenere Desert, Niger (Elrhaz Formation)
