Crocodile Tooth

One small crocodile tooth from the Kem Kem Beds of Morocco. The tooth you receive will be similar to those pictured.

The geological group where this tooth was found, the Kem Kem Beds, is a series of sandstones and mudstones, exposed along the Algerian-Moroccan border. Deposited in a fluvial-deltaic environment with rivers, floodplains, and coastal wetlands, these sediments preserve a diverse fauna, including theropod dinosaurs (Spinosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus), crocodyliforms, pterosaurs, and abundant fish.

Each tooth comes stored in a display box featuring the specimen name, region it was found, age and a QR code linking to some information about crocodiles (fossil can be removed from the box).
