Cretaceous Mammal Jaw (Hell Creek Fm.) #01

Description

A mammal jaw from the Hell Creek Formation of Montana.  This jaw comes from a mammal which lived at the end of the Cretaceous period and shared its habitat with dinosaurs such as T. rex and Triceratops.  This was still a time when dinosaurs dominated the planet, tiny mammals such as these living in their shadow.

This is a nice jaw with several empty tooth socket. Comes labelled and stored in an acrylic case with padding.
