Protoceratops Tooth #02

Description

A very rare Protoceratops tooth from the Djadochta Formation.  Protoceratops was a small, herbivorous ceratopsian dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous of modern day Mongolia.  It lived alongside and was preyed upon by dinosaurs such as Tarbosaurus and Velociraptor.

This is a nice crown with good enamel.  Comes labelled and stored in an acrylic case with padding.
