Earn Your Member Discount

Place an order and enter your membership number in the designated box at checkout. Your member discount will be added to your account within 48 hours. 10% of your order value will be awarded as a discount towards a future purchase. So for example, for every £10 you spend, you'll earn a £1 discount!
Discounts are accrued from money spent, excluding shipping costs.
If at anytime you want to check the value of the discounts you've earned, the easiest way to do so is to add an item to your basket and enter your membership number in the "discount code" box. Alternatively, contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Spend your discount

Any member discounts you've accrued will be allocated to your account within 48 hours of a purchase.
To use your member discount, enter your membership number in the "discount code" box in your basket.
Member discount codes can only be used once within a 48 hour period. After you have used your member discount code, your account will be updated. This may take up to 48 hours, in which time your discount code will be unavailable for use.
Your membership discount cannot be used against shipping costs or in conjunction with any other discount codes but it can be used in conjunction with gift vouchers and website promotions.

Collecting your member discount:

For a membership discount to be awarded to your account, you must enter your membership number in the designated box at checkout. If you forget to do so, please contact us with your order number and membership number.
10% of your order value will be awarded as a member discount which can be redeemed against future orders. For example, if you spend £100, a £10 discount will be awarded to your account.
It can take up to 48 hours for member discounts to be awarded to your account.
Member discounts will accumilate until redeemed.
Member discounts are only accrued from the order total, excluding shipping costs and any discounts applied.

Redeeming your member discount:

Member discounts can be redeemed in part or in full. Any unused amount will remain on your account.
To reedeem your discount, enter your membership number in the "discount code" box in your basket.
After redeeming your discount, please allow up to 48 hours for your membership account to be updated. During this time you will not be able to use your discount code.
Member discounts CANNOT be used in conjunction with other discount codes.
Member discounts CANNOT be used against shipping costs.
The maximum discount that can be redeemed at one time is £500 (GBP).
Member discounts CAN be used in conjunction with website promotions and gift vouchers.
If an order is refunded, any member discount earned will be deducted from your account. If the member discount awarded from the refunded order has already been used, we will deduct this amount from your refund.
Member discounts CANNOT be redeemed for cash.

Do not share your membership number with anyone else. Dino Fossils UK cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen membership numbers or discounts.
To close your account and have your details removed from our system, please contact us.
Your personal information will be used to process and manage your membership, it will never be passed on to third parties.
If member discounts are not redeemed within 3 years of being awarded, we reserve the right to remove them from your account.
If a member is suspected of fraudulent activity or breaking these terms, Dino Fossils UK reserves the right to close their membership account.
Dino Fossils UK reserves the right to end the membership discount scheme at any time.
