Otodus obliquus Shark Tooth on Natural Matrix #25

A large Otodus obliquus shark tooth resting on its natural matrix (not a composite).  Features a couple of neat repairs to the root.

Otodus obliquus, a mackerel shark, was one of the top marine predators of its day and an early relative of Megalodon and the present day Great White.
