A rare Timurlengia euotica tooth from the Bissekty Formation of Uzbekistan. Timurlengia was a small to medium sized tyrannosauroid, fossils of which were previously assigned to Alectrosaurus.
This is a small tooth from a juvenile animal and features no repairs or restoration. Many teeth from this formation have worn enamel and no or little serrations, but this one is in good condition for this locality with nice enamel and good serrations on the distal edge (mesial serrations have worn off). A rare and interesting tooth. Comes labelled and stored in an acrylic case with padding.
