A rare Timurlengia euotica tooth from the Bissekty Formation of Uzbekistan. Timurlengia was a small to medium sized tyrannosauroid, fossils of which were previously assigned to Alectrosaurus.
This is a small tooth from a juvenile animal and features no repairs or restoration. Many teeth from this formation have worn enamel and no or little serrations. In this case the tooth does feature some worn serrations and a bit of damage to the tip, but is in pretty good condition for this locality. A rare and interesting tooth. Comes labelled and stored in an acrylic case with padding.
