A rare Timurlengia euotica tooth from the Bissekty Formation of Uzbekistan. Timurlengia was a small to medium sized tyrannosauroid, fossils of which were previously assigned to Alectrosaurus.
This is a beautiful tooth with no repairs or restoration. Many teeth from this formation have worn enamel and no or little serrations, but this one is in superb condition. It's also very large, coming in at just after 2 1/2 inches. A rare and interesting tooth. Comes labelled and stored in an acrylic case with padding.
